Griffin Weber

  Originally from South Florida, Griffin Weber is a performing artist and music educator based in Tampa, Florida.

​​Having served as Principal Trumpet in Lakeland Symphony Orchestra and Orlando Contemporary Chamber Orchestra, Griffin possesses a wealth of musical experience.  He has also performed with ensembles, including the Sarasota Orchestra, The Greensboro Symphony, Brevard Symphony, Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, and The Florida Orchestra.

For 5 years, Griffin was proud to serve as Adjunct Professor of Trumpet at the University of Tampa.

​

Griffin holds degrees from Stetson University and The Hartt School, where he studied with trumpet legends Tom Macklin and Phil Snedecor.

 

Other interests include playing with his cats, Cheeseburger and Calamity Ganon, and being

a devout Florida Panthers hockey fan.
