About

Griffin Weber is a professional performing artist and music educator based in Daytona Beach, Florida.

A founding member and Principal Trumpet of the Orlando Contemporary Chamber Orchestra, his orchestral career includes a tenure as Principal Trumpet of the Lakeland Symphony Orchestra, as well as performances with many of the region's premier ensembles, including The Florida Orchestra, the Orlando Philharmonic, and the Sarasota Orchestra.

As a deeply committed music educator, Griffin has been an enthusiastic private lessons teacher and clinician across the State of Florida for well over a decade. His previous faculty experience includes five years as Adjunct Professor of Trumpet at The University of Tampa, as well as serving as a music technology professor and coordinator of audio/video recording for the Stetson University School of Music.

Griffin holds a Master of Music from The Hartt School and a Bachelor of Music from Stetson University,

both in Trumpet Performance.

Beyond musical pursuits, he is a devout Florida Panthers hockey fan and enjoys spending time with his two cats, Cheeseburger & Calamity Ganon.
